      个人简介

    於黄忠,教授,博士生导师。2002年6月获华南师范大学硕士学位,2008年6月获威尼斯wnsr9778博士学位,2002年7月加入威尼斯wnsr9778,历任讲师、副教授、教授、博士生导师。2013年、2014年分别获威尼斯wnsr9778优秀共产党员、卓越南光奖。现主要从事新型界面层、光伏器件物理、柔性电极等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项(2项结题,1项正在研究中)、主持广东省自然科学基金3项(2项结题,1项正在进行中),主持省教研课题1项,主持重点实验室开放基金多项。参与国家自然科学基金及省级项目多项。以第一作者或通信作者在国内、外重要刊物Advanced Energy Materials、ACS Energy Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Energy, Small, Journal of Materials Chemistry A,等发表科研论文120余篇,其中SCI、EI收录科研论文100余篇,ESI高被引论文4篇,论文被引用2100余次。获授权的国家发明专利24项,授权实用新型专利4项,正在申请的发明专利7项。主编教材一部,参编教材一部,参编英文专著1部。

      研究方向

    1. 纳米材料(纳米点、一维纳米线、二维纳米片)的制备及其在光伏器件中的应用。

    2. 薄膜太阳电池(有机太阳电池,钙钛矿太阳电池,柔性光伏器件)的研制及模拟。
